Terms and Conditions of Sale
Last updated: 17 August 2026
1.1 About these Terms
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) apply to the use of the Website and to every order placed with Nurvishop. By submitting an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated into them by reference.
Nurvishop is the direct seller of the goods offered on the Website. The Website is not a marketplace connecting customers with independent third-party sellers.
1.2 Definitions
Customer or you. the individual purchasing or seeking to purchase goods through the Website.
Consumer. a natural person acting mainly for purposes outside that person’s trade, business, craft or profession.
Goods. physical products displayed and offered for sale by Nurvishop.
Order. a request submitted through the Website to purchase selected Goods.
Order Confirmation. our acknowledgement that we have received an Order; it does not necessarily mean that the Order has been accepted.
Dispatch Confirmation. our notice that the Goods have been dispatched; unless stated otherwise, this is when the sales contract is formed.
1.3 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an Order. If you place an Order on behalf of another person or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
The Website is intended primarily for consumer purchases. Business customers should contact us before ordering where business-specific documentation or quantities are required.
1.4 Geographic availability
Nurvishop sells internationally, subject to delivery, legal, carrier, payment and product-specific restrictions. We do not accept or deliver Orders to the following countries:
- Afghanistan; Belarus; Central African Republic; Cuba; Democratic Republic of the Congo; Haiti; Iran; Iraq; Mali; Myanmar (Burma); North Korea; Russia; Somalia; South Sudan; Sudan; Syria; Venezuela; Yemen; and Zimbabwe.
We may also decline an Order where delivery or sale would breach applicable law, sanctions, export controls, carrier restrictions, payment-network rules or our fraud-prevention requirements. This does not mean that every country listed above is restricted for the same legal reason.
1.5 Product information
We take reasonable care to present descriptions, dimensions, colours, materials, compatibility information, images and prices accurately. Screen settings, lighting, packaging updates and manufacturing variations may cause minor differences that do not materially affect the Goods.
You are responsible for checking dimensions, compatibility, electrical specifications, installation requirements, age guidance, care instructions and warnings before ordering and using a product. Where the product page conflicts with mandatory law, mandatory law prevails.
1.6 Availability and quantity limits
All Goods are subject to availability. We may apply reasonable quantity limits, refuse unusually large Orders intended for resale, correct stock errors or withdraw Goods before a contract is formed. If an unavailable item has been paid for, we will refund the corresponding amount without undue delay.
1.7 Placing an Order
- Select the Goods and any available options.
- Review the basket, delivery details, total price and applicable charges.
- Provide accurate billing, contact and delivery information.
- Select an available payment method and submit the Order using the button indicating an obligation to pay.
- Review the Order Confirmation sent to the email address provided.
You are responsible for checking the Order before submission. Please contact us promptly if you identify an error.
1.8 Contract formation
An Order is an offer to buy Goods. An automated Order Confirmation only acknowledges receipt. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, we accept the Order and form the sales contract when we send the Dispatch Confirmation. Separate Dispatch Confirmations may create separate contracts for Goods shipped separately.
We may decline or cancel an Order before dispatch because of unavailability, an obvious pricing or description error, failed payment, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, legal restrictions or inability to verify necessary information. Any captured amount for a cancelled Order will be refunded.
1.9 Prices and currencies
The Website supports EUR, GBP and USD. The currency selected or displayed at checkout is the currency charged by Nurvishop. Prices and delivery charges are shown before the Order is submitted.
Prices include taxes where required by applicable law. Import duties, customs charges and taxes that are not collected at checkout may be payable separately by the recipient, as explained in the Shipping and Delivery Policy.
If a price is clearly incorrect and the error could reasonably have been recognised, we may cancel the affected item before dispatch and issue a refund. We will not increase the confirmed price after the contract is formed except where the customer expressly agrees or applicable law requires a correction.
1.10 Payment
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Payments are processed through an authorised third-party payment service provider. The provider’s name may be displayed in the payment interface, banking records or authentication screen. Nurvishop does not request that customers send full card details by email.
Payment may require issuer authorisation, 3-D Secure or other verification. Your bank or card issuer may apply foreign-exchange or cross-border fees that are outside Nurvishop’s control. Further details appear in the Payment Policy.
1.11 Dispatch and delivery
Goods are dispatched from Lithuania using DPD, FedEx or another appropriate service if this is reasonably necessary for a particular destination or parcel and is disclosed to the customer. Available services, estimated delivery times and charges are shown at checkout or in the Order documentation.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated to be guaranteed. The Shipping and Delivery Policy forms part of these Terms.
1.12 Risk and ownership
For consumers, risk of loss or damage normally passes when you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the Goods. Ownership passes after we have received full payment and the Goods have been delivered, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
1.13 Cancellation and withdrawal
You may request cancellation before dispatch. We will try to stop the Order, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing or dispatch has begun. After delivery, eligible Goods may be returned only within the 14-day period and on the conditions set out in the Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy.
No ordinary change-of-mind return is accepted after the applicable 14-day return period. This limitation does not affect rights relating to defective, damaged, unsafe or non-conforming Goods.
1.14 Condition of returned Goods
To qualify for Nurvishop’s free return service, Goods must be new, unused, unwashed, uninstalled and undamaged; the original packaging must be present and undamaged; and all parts, accessories, manuals, labels and other components supplied with the Goods must be included.
Where a mandatory statutory right of withdrawal applies, you may inspect the Goods only as you would reasonably be permitted to do in a physical shop. We may reduce the refund to reflect diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Goods, to the extent permitted by law.
1.15 Non-returnable Goods
Returns may be excluded where applicable law permits, including for Goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised; sealed Goods not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed; Goods liable to deteriorate rapidly; or Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
A product is not automatically excluded merely because it belongs to a bedding, towel, cleaning or personal-comfort category. Any hygiene-related exclusion must be legally applicable and clearly communicated before purchase.
1.16 Defective, damaged or incorrect Goods
If Goods arrive damaged, are incorrect, are unsafe or do not conform to the contract, contact info@nurvishop.com promptly with the Order number and a description of the issue. We may reasonably request photographs or other information to assess the claim, but this will not be used to remove mandatory rights.
Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, the available remedy may include repair, replacement, price reduction, refund or another legally required remedy. Nurvishop will bear reasonable return costs for valid claims concerning defective, damaged or incorrect Goods.
1.17 Product safety and installation
You must follow product labels, warnings, manuals, assembly instructions, electrical requirements, load limits and care instructions. Products requiring fixed installation, electrical work or structural mounting—such as ceiling fans, doors, roller blinds or wall-mounted mirrors—should be installed by a suitably qualified person where appropriate.
Candles, incense, room sprays, grills, pressure cookers, electrical appliances, party items and products with small parts must be used only for their intended purpose and with appropriate supervision and ventilation. The Product Safety, Warranty and Complaints Policy provides additional guidance.
1.18 Promotions
Promotions, discount codes and limited-time offers are subject to any additional terms displayed with the promotion. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be exchanged for cash, combined or applied retrospectively. Mandatory rules on price reductions and consumer information remain unaffected.
1.19 Website use
You must not misuse the Website, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a manner that imposes an unreasonable burden, attempt unauthorised access, use false identities or payment information, or use the Website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
1.20 Intellectual property
The Website and its original text, graphics, branding, design, software and other content are owned by or licensed to Nurvishop and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the Website for personal shopping and may not reproduce, commercially exploit or create derivative works from protected content without permission, except where law permits.
1.21 Third-party services and links
The Website may link to payment, delivery, authentication or other third-party services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy notices. Nurvishop is not responsible for unrelated third-party websites, but remains responsible for its own obligations as seller.
1.22 Availability of the Website
We may maintain, update or temporarily suspend the Website. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, but Website unavailability does not affect contracts already formed or mandatory customer rights.
1.23 Liability
Nurvishop is responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, for customer-caused loss, or for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, subject always to mandatory law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, or mandatory product-safety and consumer obligations.
If you use Goods or the Website for business purposes without a separate business agreement, Nurvishop is not responsible for business interruption, loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill or data to the extent permitted by law.
1.24 Events outside reasonable control
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, transport disruption, customs action, labour disputes, epidemic, war, civil disturbance, government measures, cyber incidents affecting essential providers or utility failures. We will take reasonable steps to limit the effect and inform affected customers where appropriate.
1.25 Personal data
We process personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and use cookies or similar technologies as described in the Cookie Policy.
1.26 Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for legal, regulatory, operational or security reasons. The version in force when an Order is placed generally governs that Order. Material changes will not retrospectively reduce rights under an existing contract unless law permits and the customer agrees where required.
1.27 Governing law and disputes
These Terms and sales contracts are governed by Lithuanian law. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections available under the law of your habitual residence.
Please send complaints to info@nurvishop.com. We will review them in good faith and respond within the period required by applicable law. Consumers may also use a competent out-of-court consumer dispute resolution body, including the Lithuanian State Consumer Rights Protection Authority where it has jurisdiction. Court jurisdiction remains subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
1.28 Severability and waiver
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a right immediately does not waive that right.
1.29 Contact
Questions about these Terms may be sent to info@nurvishop.com or by post to ULTRASENS LT, MB, V. Nagevičiaus g. 3, LT-08237 Vilnius, Lithuania.
