Shipping and Delivery Policy

Last updated: 17 August 2026

2.1 Scope

This Policy explains how Nurvishop processes and delivers Goods purchased through the Website. It forms part of the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

2.2 Dispatch origin and carriers

All Goods are dispatched from Lithuania. Nurvishop uses DPD and FedEx. The available carrier and service depend on destination, parcel size, product restrictions and service availability.

2.3 Delivery destinations

Delivery is generally available worldwide except to the following countries:

  • Afghanistan; Belarus; Central African Republic; Cuba; Democratic Republic of the Congo; Haiti; Iran; Iraq; Mali; Myanmar (Burma); North Korea; Russia; Somalia; South Sudan; Sudan; Syria; Venezuela; Yemen; and Zimbabwe.

Delivery may also be unavailable to certain remote regions, postal codes, islands, military addresses, PO boxes or special customs territories. The checkout result is authoritative for a particular address, subject to final legal and carrier validation.

2.4 Processing

Processing begins after payment authorisation and any necessary verification. Estimated processing and delivery times are shown at checkout or in the Order documentation. Weekends, Lithuanian public holidays, product handling requirements and fraud checks may affect dispatch.

2.5 Delivery estimates

Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly identified as guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier capacity, weather, customs, border controls, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts or events outside Nurvishop’s reasonable control.

2.6 Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated and disclosed before the Order is submitted. Charges may depend on destination, parcel dimensions, weight and service. Additional charges requested directly by a carrier because of customer instructions, address changes or repeated failed delivery may be recoverable where permitted by law and disclosed to the customer.

2.7 Tracking and delivery communications

Where tracking is available, Nurvishop or the carrier will provide tracking information using the contact details supplied with the Order. Tracking events are estimates and may update with delay.

2.8 Address accuracy

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, recipient name, telephone number and any access information reasonably required by the carrier. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after dispatch.

2.9 Delivery attempts and collection

The carrier may deliver to the address, an authorised person, a safe place chosen by the customer, a parcel shop or another location selected in accordance with the carrier’s service and customer instructions. Customers must collect parcels within the carrier’s stated period.

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, failure to collect or repeated unsuccessful delivery, we will contact the customer. Reshipping charges or legally permissible deductions may apply, except where the failure was caused by Nurvishop or the carrier or where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

2.10 Split shipments

We may split an Order into more than one parcel where reasonably necessary. The customer will not be charged additional shipping solely because Nurvishop elects to split an Order after purchase.

2.11 Customs, duties and import taxes

Orders delivered within the EU customs territory generally do not require import customs clearance, subject to special territories and applicable rules. For delivery outside that territory, the recipient may be treated as importer and may have to pay import VAT, customs duty, brokerage or other charges not collected at checkout.

Unless checkout expressly states that duties and taxes are included, these amounts are the customer’s responsibility. Nurvishop does not control amounts imposed by foreign authorities and cannot declare an inaccurate value or describe commercial Goods as gifts.

2.12 Restricted and dangerous goods

Certain Goods—including aerosols, fragrant room sprays, candles, batteries, electrical items or other carrier-regulated products—may be unavailable for particular routes or services. We may cancel the affected item and refund it if lawful delivery is not available.

2.13 Inspection on delivery

Please inspect the parcel promptly. If it appears materially damaged, photograph the exterior and Goods where practical and contact info@nurvishop.com. Signing for a parcel does not remove statutory rights.

2.14 Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking does not update or the parcel has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimate, contact us. Nurvishop will coordinate the carrier investigation and provide the remedy required by applicable law. Customers should not be required to resolve a carrier claim directly as a condition of exercising rights against Nurvishop as seller.

2.15 Risk

For consumers, risk normally transfers when the customer or a nominated third party other than the carrier physically receives the Goods. If the customer independently appoints a carrier not offered by Nurvishop, risk may transfer when the Goods are handed to that carrier, where law permits.

2.16 Contact

Delivery questions should be sent to info@nurvishop.com with the Order number and delivery postcode or postal code.
